We had a fantastic value for our money with great accommodation that had everything we needed. The location was stunning, with a mesmerizing view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. The staff, especially Bronnie, were incredibly hospitable and even provided toys for our toddlers.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with more options or maybe a small cafe on-site.

The views were absolutely stunning, with the ocean and mountains creating a picturesque backdrop. The chalet itself was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The complimentary bottle of bubbles was a lovely touch from our host Bronnie. I highly recommend this chalet for its magnificent views and comfortable accommodations.
The only drawback I encountered was the lack of ventilation inside the house. Leaving the windows open to let in fresh air resulted in mosquitoes and bugs coming in, especially when the bedrooms and bathrooms had their lights on.

We stayed at the Chalet for a peaceful family getaway and were amazed by the stunning views. The spacious rooms comfortably accommodated all five of us, with the added bonus of a games room and water sports equipment for the kids to enjoy. The unique design of the Chalet made it feel like a cool cubby/tree house, a refreshing change from traditional hotels. The thoughtful touch of a bottle of wine and movies provided made our stay even more enjoyable.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

The long trek was worth it for the jaw-dropping views along the way. The owner/manager was super friendly and helpful. The chalet was perfectly positioned for mind-blowing views of the bay and islands from the balcony and bedroom. The night sky was incredible and the silence was a refreshing contrast to city life. It's an ideal spot for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The chalet catered to my family's needs with enough room for all of us and a games room for the kids. The free use of kayaks and paddle boards was a bonus. The nearby beach at Papa Aroha campsite was fantastic. Bronnie was lovely to deal with. It's the perfect place for a serene and unforgettable vacation.

Stunning view of the ocean and mountains from the chalet's elevated position. Centrally located near Omaru Beach and Waitete Beach, with a hidden secret beach worth visiting. Friendly hosts provided helpful information about the area.
Some maintenance issues, such as a broken oven and washing machine, which affected the convenience of our stay. Lack of hot water was a major disappointment, causing discomfort for most guests.
